Euro Weighed by ECB Comments, British Pound Bounces Back

The Euro fell back from a high of 1.2333 as policy makers held a cautious outlook for the region, and the risks of contagion may lead the European Central Bank to maintain a loose policy stance in the second-half of the year as it aims to balance the risks for the economy.
